Infrastructure Site Manager for Uusimaa - Eezy Oyj - Espoo, Finland

We are looking for a practical and firm site manager for diverse infrastructure construction projects in the Uusimaa region. Do you want to lead visible and varied infrastructure projects where Uusimaa grows and develops? We are looking for an infrastructure site manager to be responsible for the daily management of sites, high-quality implementation, and smooth cooperation with employees, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. You will succeed in the position if you keep the site under control: - Lead the daily activities of infrastructure sites safely, efficiently, and with quality - Guide your own personnel, subcontractors, and equipment use according to the site's goals - Monitor work quality, occupational safety, costs, and adherence to the schedule - Solve everyday situations proactively and bring projects to the finish line together with the team. We hope for: - Suitable education, e.g., construction foreman or construction engineer (UAS) - Experience in earthworks, municipal engineering, transport construction, cabling or piping sites, or other infrastructure projects - Ability to lead people clearly, fairly, and effectively - Good organizing, problem-solving, and communication skills - Understanding of site safety, quality assurance, and cost monitoring - Fluent Finnish or English language skills and a B-driver's license. IT skills and the use of site systems are considered an advantage.
