We are looking for cheerful and outgoing experience elves for our client in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season to create unforgettable Christmas magic moments for children. As an experience elf, you will become part of a fairy-tale Christmas world, bringing joy, warmth, and experiences to the youngest members of the family. The work is creative, interactive, and above all fun; each day is different and filled with Christmas magic. Your tasks include: Interacting with children, playing, and doing activities together; Crafting and creative activities; Performing in elf costumes and immersing yourself in the role; Creating a joyful Christmas experience for customers. To succeed in this role: You enjoy working with children; You are creative, cheerful, and outgoing; You can play, craft, and warmly interact with people; You communicate fluently in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus; You are not afraid of performing; A positive attitude and Christmas spirit come naturally to you. The work is scheduled for November-December 2026, possibly for a longer period. Working hours are flexible to meet different needs. The employment follows the trade sector collective agreement.
