We are looking for a Second Engineer to join our vessel M/S Finlandia. We are offering one permanent contract with access in June 2026 or as agreed. Who are you? Were seeking an engineer with relevant professional experience and qualifications, strong leadership qualities, and a positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high safety and environmental standards onboard. As a Second Engineer, youll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ships machinery and auxiliary systems, ensuring they meet all current safety and environmental requirements. A solid overall knowledge of the vessels technical systems is essential. Minimum requirement for the position is a valid a Watchkeeping Engineer certificate(STCW III/1). Higher-level certificates of competence are considered an advantage. Additional Information: M/S Finlandia operates between Helsinki-Tallinn under Finnish flag. Work rotation follows a 2:3 schedule. Our official work language and safety language onboard is English, language skills in Finnish and Swedish are meritorious. Please note that we apply a drug testing practice for new employees.
