Uniresta Oy is looking for a Chief Executive Officer, whose activities are guided by an entrepreneurial mindset, courage to seize new opportunities, and the ability to view business from the customer's perspective. Success in this role requires a strong network and networking skills, as well as understanding how to build and develop potential customer relationships. As the CEO of Uniresta, you should be adaptable to change, willing to take responsibility, and capable of developing operations both long-term and profitably. You will be supported by experienced managers and a skilled organization. You will also be responsible for reporting to the company's board, which has diverse experience beyond the restaurant industry. We require that you have experience in demanding roles within the restaurant industry or other service business in an independent and responsible position. With your expertise, you aim to influence and develop operations and achieve ambitious goals together with the organization. You are adaptable to change and can lead the company and people with knowledge. Uniresta Oy is an independent limited company owned by the University of Oulu Student Union, founded in 1992 as a social enterprise. However, its roots go back to 1962, when the Oulu Student Aid Association's restaurant and café operations began. Over the years, the business has expanded, and today the company has several locations across Oulu. We employ over 40 service professionals. In the Oulu area, we are a medium-sized restaurant industry company. Today, in addition to student catering, our operations include staff and event restaurants as well as extensive catering services.
