The planning assistant works in various support tasks related to land use and zoning. The role particularly emphasizes: - Assisting with comprehensive and shoreline master plan zoning - Preparing and processing address matters - Archiving, document management, and organizing geospatial data in the land use department. Additionally, the planning assistant participates in customer service days together with other assistants. Qualifications for the role include a surveyor's degree or other relevant qualification, along with work experience in the field and familiarity with relevant software. ArcGIS skills, proficiency with other surveying and geospatial software, and previous experience in zoning are considered advantages. We expect you to have a planned, careful, and proactive work approach. We also value initiative, eagerness to learn, and teamwork skills. This is a full-time position. Salary and working hours are determined according to the municipal technical agreement (TS). The task-specific salary is €2,518.47/month. Certificates and references should be presented if requested in an interview. A six-month probation period applies.
