We are looking for a sales professional for the Silmäasema stores in Kemi and Tornio who wants to develop into an optical industry expert as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team. This role combines comprehensive customer service, expertise, and the sale of high-quality products and services. Working hours are 20-30 hours/week. We are hiring for a fixed-term parental leave replacement until 31.12.2027. The workplace is at the Kemi and Tornio stores. Shifts are scheduled according to store opening hours. Salary: Retail collective agreement table salary (B) plus fair target bonuses. Your daily tasks include guiding customers in frame and lens selection, providing vision and eye health solutions, receiving customers for doctor and optician appointments, handing over ready-made glasses and sunglasses, and minor repairs, and booking appointments based on customer needs. Success is possible with various backgrounds. The most important thing is enthusiasm for solution-oriented and goal-driven sales, high-quality customer service, and the ability to serve customers fluently in Finnish. You should be genuine, energetic, precise, result- and goal-oriented, and have good IT skills. Industry knowledge will be provided through training. We are a smoke-free workplace.
