Practical Nurse - Satakunnan hyvinvointialue - Pori, Finland

We are seeking a practical nurse for a permanent position at the Suvanto 24-hour assisted living unit for the elderly in Kiukainen, Eura. Suvanto has 22 resident places. Our operations are based on the residents' own resources as well as individual and holistic nursing care until the end of life. Our goal is to provide each resident with a life that suits them and to support their daily functional capacity and social relationships. As a practical nurse, you will be responsible for the basic care and medication of residents and participate in implementing a stimulating and meaningful daily routine. Your work also includes drafting care and service plans together with the resident and their loved ones, as well as performing RAI functional capacity assessments. The work is primarily three-shift work. We require from you: - a degree as a practical nurse or an equivalent previous degree from a school level - valid professional qualification (Valvira registration) - fluent oral and written Finnish language skills - vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act (Section 48) Experience working with the elderly is considered an advantage. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the law (741/2023, Section 28). The terms of employment and remuneration are determined according to the SOTE agreement. Position-specific salary 2652.70 €/month. Remote work is not possible in this position.
