Personal assistant Muhos

A personal assistant role for Onni’s clients. You will support clients in everyday tasks, home chores and activities outside the home, tailoring duties to the client’s condition and individual needs. Valid driving license and access to own car required to perform the work. No formal training or prior experience is required; a positive attitude, willingness to learn and customer-oriented approach are enough. Orientation will be provided in Onni’s own Assistant Academy before starting, with ongoing coaching from your team supervisor. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shifts from two hours upward; you can work part-time or gig-based depending on your situation. We consider both client needs and assistant preferences to best match schedules. First shift is a possible orientation shift, then cooperation is evaluated. You may work for multiple clients if schedules align. We expect Finnish at B2 level, a driving license and own car if needed, and being of legal age.
