The store offers collections from high-quality domestic fashion brands for various occasions: work, everyday life, and celebrations. The clothing, footwear, and accessory selection focuses on Luhta Group's own brands, with new collections planned. The Your & More concept emphasizes a stylish shopping environment, a relaxed and effortless atmosphere, durable quality options, and service that meets customer expectations. We are now looking for a customer-oriented, stylish, and well-coordinated Sales Associate & Stylist for the Your & More store at Tripla, Helsinki, 30 hours/week! Are you interested in fashion? We are hiring a Sales Associate & Stylist for the Your & More store at Helsinki’s Tripla shopping center. You should be cheerful, energetic, proactive, and responsible. You have the skills and confidence to operate within a personalized service fashion concept. We aim to stand out from competitors with personalized service. You will be flexible, open-minded, brave, and enthusiastic about work, as well as a team player and customer service professional. You are genuinely interested in fashion but also understand commercial aspects. You can engage with customers in a service-oriented manner, want to develop professionally, enjoy sales and goal-oriented work, and have a positive, approachable attitude. You can work in a team, support colleagues, and skillfully upsell with professionalism. How will you succeed? As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sales and customer service, following sales procedures, and maintaining store routines daily according to the concept’s guidelines. The core of our store concept is a personalized styling service, allowing customers to book appointments with a stylist. The stylist’s work is based on achieving set sales goals through styling and sales, acquiring new styling clients, managing styling appointments, customer interviews, tracking styling sales, and developing the styling service concept within your area of responsibility. You will help customers find suitable clothing solutions using color analysis and body shape advice. The role also includes expert sales tasks at customer evenings and loyalty events, such as hosting fashion shows. We prefer candidates with strong experience in clothing sales and/or styling, or relevant styling education, or extensive experience in fashion sales and color management. Applicants must be of legal age and fluent in Finnish. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. Experience in retail is considered an advantage. What do we offer?
