Sales Assistant for Fresh Produce (30h/week) K-Supermarket Tripla - Kesko Oyj - Helsinki, Finland

Do you enjoy customer service and meeting different people? Are you a positive, proactive person interested in the retail sector whose heart beats for customers? We work at a brisk pace, but in a relaxed and fun group. We are looking for an energetic sales assistant for a permanent employment contract (30h/week) at K-Supermarket Tripla, whose duties include working both in the fresh departments and in e-commerce picking (K-ruoka and WOLT). Work takes place in both morning and evening shifts from Monday to Sunday. We value expertise in the Hevi department and experience in e-commerce picking. Basic knowledge of working at the service counter is an advantage, but not essential. In this position, you need good interaction skills and an enthusiastic service attitude as part of our team to ensure a smooth and effortless customer experience. Due to the nature of the tasks, a brisk working style is essential. Occasionally fast-paced work and various tasks require good stress tolerance, systematic approach, and initiative. Previous experience or retail education are an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are energetic, have a happy attitude and a desire to develop yourself and our store's operations.
