Personal Assistant - Työmarkkinatori - Järvenpää, Finland

I live in Järvenpää and am looking for a personal assistant mainly for July, approximately 20 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract. The work would start around the beginning of July, according to the agreement. The work involves two shifts, scheduled between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. After July, there is potential to continue as a part-time worker with fewer hours. I am a fair-skinned man in my early thirties, living with a quadriplegia, which requires me to receive varying levels of assistance with daily tasks. I can also participate in activities independently, such as partially moving around in a wheelchair, driving a car, or performing other tasks, as my hands are partially functional. The assistant's duties include typical daily and household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, or laundry. The assistant will also accompany me on any outings or appointments. Due to my condition, the role also includes caregiving tasks, but no formal healthcare or other specialized training is required, as all tasks are learnable by anyone.
