The Spare Parts Department supplies spare parts to all our markets with spare parts and plays a vital role in maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction. The department is an important part of our business and contributes significantly to our continued success. Main Responsibilities: Picking and packing spare parts orders. Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries against packing slips, purchase orders, and technical drawings. Reporting discrepancies such as damaged goods or incorrect deliveries. Registering incoming materials in our ERP system. Labeling and placing spare parts in the correct warehouse locations, as well as actively developing and optimising warehouse space utilisation. Ensuring that the work area is kept clean, safe, and well organised. Job requirements: Previous experience in warehouse operations, receiving goods, or similar tasks is considered an advantage. Basic computer skills and preferably with experience of ERP systems. A forklift licence is an advantage. Good communication skills in Swedish. A structured, accurate, and responsible approach to work. Personal Qualities: Service-minded and a team player. Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.
