Regional AR & AP Specialist - Eilakaisla Oy - Remote - Global

Our customer Brother is looking for a Regional AR & AP Specialist. The position is full-time and permanent, and the employment contract is formed directly with Brother. The workplace is located along good transport links in Vantaa. The work is mainly done at the office, but partial remote work is possible. We hope that you could start in the position as soon as possible. About the role In this position, you will support the European ARAP Shared Service Centre team by ensuring smooth and accurate processing of financial operations. Your role will be essential in maintaining high-quality financial data, supporting business operations, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards. Key responsibilitiesManage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations within a pan-European teamProcess customer and supplier invoices and payments accurately and on timeHandle credit control and monitor outstanding receivablesMaintain and manage purchase orders as well as customer and supplier master dataPerform customer and supplier statement reconciliations and banking reconciliationsSupport team operations during peak times or staff shortagesCollaborate closely with international and local stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolutionEscalate policy-related issues to the ARAP Team Supervisor when neededEnsure compliance with financial laws, internal controls (ICF), policies, and guidelinesSupport the wider regional ARAP team with additional tasks when required What we are looking forPrevious experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable rolesSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principlesProven ability to manage AP and AR financial recordsExperience in credit controlStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyProficiency in MS Office and SAPFluent Finnish and English skillsOther Nordic or European language skills are considered an advantage We are looking for a positive and service-minded team player who takes initiative in their work and approaches tasks with a proactive mindset.
