Job Description
The Wireless Systems research group at Tampere University is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to contribute to the NSF-Research Council of Finland project FORMULA3, which develops AI-native resource management methods for dynamic FR3 wireless environments. The work involves modeling, algorithm development, simulations, and experimental validation in the context of 6G wireless systems, focusing on reconfigurable intelligent surfaces and channel modeling. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in electrical engineering or wireless communications, with publications in top IEEE journals, and strong programming skills. The position is for 24 months starting as early as October 1, 2026, with a salary of about 4000 EUR/month plus benefits.
