We are looking for a motivated and mechanically skilled machine operator / maintenance worker for our client in the production of the paper and cardboard industry. The work involves operating, adjusting, and maintaining production machines. Basic machine adjustments can be learned from instructions, but fine-tuning requires mechanical understanding, problem-solving skills, and practical experience. We expect mechanical skills, interest in technology, ability to understand machine operation and adjustments, a diligent and proactive work attitude, and willingness to learn and commit long-term.
