Staffpoint is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Lapland Hotels Riekonlinna in Saariselkä for the winter season 2026-2027. The work begins on November 5, 2026, and is expected to continue until approximately mid-April 2027. The offered working hours are 112.5 hours per 3 weeks. The employment contract is between the employee and Staffpoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. We are now looking for a trusted team leader with a heart in Lapland, genuine service skills, and a positive attitude towards daily management. Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant is highly advantageous. An interest in food, beverages, and atmosphere management is also important.
