Site Supervisor for Industrial Site in Kirkkonummi - Securitas - Kirkkonummi, Finland

We are seeking a site supervisor for a demanding industrial site in Kirkkonummi. The role involves industrial security patrols, monitoring work, reception of visitors, access control management, and maintenance of technical systems. The site provides security services 24/7. As a site supervisor, your responsibilities include security planning and daily management of security services, maintaining instructions, and training staff alongside security work. You will also oversee security technology projects and maintenance needs. Additionally, you will handle customer and authority cooperation in collaboration with management. There is potential for further training and expansion of responsibilities later. Success in this role requires strong professional expertise in security and technical security skills such as access control systems, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, and intrusion detection management. The supervisory role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and previous experience in the security industry. The site supervisor position additionally demands good stress tolerance and organizational skills. We expect the selected candidate to have the ability and vision to develop our operations at the site, understand customer needs, and demonstrate this through leadership. The salary is based on the Security Sector Collective Agreement, level 4 (starting at €2188/month) plus site-specific bonuses. The selected candidate must also obtain approval from the client representative. We value completed security industry qualifications and experience in supervisory roles.
