You will independently handle project development for commercial premises and its commercial logic, guide projects from idea phase to decision-making, and coordinate external designers and internal cost estimation. Responsibilities - Oversee the progress and commercial logic of the project portfolio - Conduct commercial and technical evaluations of projects - Act as a contact person between clients, investors, and the internal team - Seek new project ideas, plots, and potential tenant clients - Guide external designers and cost estimators We are looking for - Practical understanding of construction economics and the process of commercial premises projects - Previous experience in project management, sales, or design supervision - Fluent Finnish language skills - Good command of MS Office programs - Active, sales-oriented, and proactive work approach - B driving license and readiness to travel for client meetings in Southern Finland We appreciate if you have - Previous experience in real estate development or commercial premises project development - Construction-related education suitable for the role (e.g., construction architect or engineer) - Good English language skills - Ability to use your own car Recruitment process Academic Work handles this application on behalf of the client, who prefers all questions related to the position to be directed to Academic Work.
