We are seeking early childhood educators for short-term substitutes in various locations across the municipality of Lempäälä. The need for substitutes varies. We have targeted applications throughout the year, but if you become available outside of these, you can submit an application here. Qualifications include a practical nurse qualification, with a focus on children and youth, or an appropriate social and health care basic degree or equivalent. Students studying to become practical nurses can also register as substitutes. We value flexibility, good communication skills, sensitivity when working with children, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and strong professional competence.
