Job Description
The Service Advisor at Scania in Gliwice is responsible for active promotion of service offerings, timely workshop order fulfillment, collaboration with workshop staff, client communication regarding orders, invoicing, parts sales, and maintaining the service image. Requires experience in a similar role with direct customer contact, strong sales skills, good vehicle knowledge, technical education (minimum high school), and a valid driving license (category B preferred).
