We are seeking a shift supervisor for our subcontractor project at a terminal located in Vantaa, for a permanent position. As a shift supervisor (team leader), your tasks include participating in work at the terminal, being responsible at the operational level for meeting quality targets and service promises, ensuring smooth daily operations, and developing activities together with the supervisor. We expect from you: Fluent Finnish and English skills. You may have previous experience as a supervisor and are a motivating and leading person by example. You understand the importance of quality and schedule in a terminal environment. Success in the role requires a firm and consistent working style, good supervisory skills, and the ability to take initiative. Previous experience in logistics and understanding of terminal processes are appreciated. We offer: A permanent employment, with work starting as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
