Specialist - Quality Excellence - Nordex Finland Oy - Remote - Global

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Quality Control & FMEA Specialist with strong project management expertise. In this role, you will lead end-to-end quality planning activities, ensure alignment between FMEAs and control plans, and drive cross-functional improvements across global teams. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders to uphold customer requirements, enhance quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include verifying control plans, ensuring critical characteristics are derived from FMEAs, leading quality standards improvements, managing lessons learned, and coordinating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years of project management experience, and proficiency in APQP, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPCs, and quality tools. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory; German or Spanish is a plus.
