Job Description: Port Solutions Project Management Office (PMO) Quay, Horizontal & Yard is looking for Project Manager(s) to take ownership of assigned delivery projects for our PMO Project Team for Very Large Cranes and our Product Delivery Team for RTG & ARTG, in order to further strengthen our overall project management capacity. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects within defined budget, scope, and schedule, ensuring Profit and Loss responsibility and high customer satisfaction aligned with the Konecranes Framework. The Project Manager acts as primary interface to customer and internal stakeholders during project execution. In this role you will manage the core project team and address the targets and commitments to the subprojects (engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, and site works). You ensure that the whole project in executed strictly in accordance with corporate values, process handbook processes and contract specific formalities, and engage, coach and supervise the project team members to ensure their performance and individual development. Your key responsibilities include preparing/monitoring project budget, monitoring project performance, evaluating and authorizing changes, managing project risks, solving issues, and providing project updates. Qualifications: Proven experience with full delivery accountability for global customer projects involving large-scale, technically complex equipment. Relevant certifications such as PMP are an advantage. Understanding of machinery manufacturing concepts, customer-centric approach, team management skills, and fluency in English are required.
