In this role, you will perform a range of property maintenance and repair tasks, such as: daily property inspections and upkeep, maintenance, repair, and servicing work, monitoring the operation of technical systems, quickly and customer-oriented problem solving, ensuring that the daily life of property users runs smoothly. Requirements and skills: experience in property maintenance or relevant training, proactive and responsible work attitude, customer service orientation – able to interact well with people, B driver's license.
