We are seeking a head nurse for HUS pediatric psychiatry. The position is located at the Pediatric Psychiatry unit in Helsinki, Sörnäinen. The role is permanent and begins on September 1, 2026, or as agreed. The unit is based in Helsinki, Sörnäinen. The work is day shifts. The Pediatric Psychiatry unit provides multidisciplinary and family-centered assessment and treatment for children under 6 years old. Activities include outpatient care and a day unit where intensive day treatment is provided to support the child's daily life and family resources in collaboration with networks. The head nurse acts as the supervisor for nurses and occupational therapists, responsible for daily unit management and personnel administration. They develop operations and quality of patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary leadership team and may act as a substitute for other pediatric psychiatry head nurses if needed.
