Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager in Structural Design for a permanent position in Helsinki! In this role, you will be involved in diverse projects. Our projects can range from individual apartments to large area development projects. Typical projects include repairs and modifications for housing companies, major renovations, public buildings, and commercial premises. Additionally, you will occasionally participate in the planning of new projects. We work in teams, but also require you to work independently and have experience in leading structural design projects. Your work will be supported by experienced professionals within your team. Your responsibilities include: Structural design, Leading design projects and providing design guidance, Managing project schedules, quality, and budgets, Cost estimation and participation in sales and client collaboration, Participating in supervision assignments, condition assessments, and research. The role requires experience with key structural design tools such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and structural analysis software (e.g., FEM-Design, Robot, etc.). Knowledge of BIM-based design is considered an advantage.
