We seek skilled individuals to solve design challenges in data center and industrial projects within a growing and development-oriented team. As a project manager, you will lead the design team and ensure the progress of structural design for industrial and/or data center projects according to agreed schedules and quality criteria. You will work closely with both external and internal stakeholders. You will lead the daily work of structural design, coordinate the design team’s activities, and ensure smooth progress through effective collaboration and a practical approach. A positive and sales-oriented approach to work is also appreciated. The role requires a suitable degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and previous experience in similar tasks. In structural design, we use Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, in addition to Office software. Experience with RFEM, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required, and the ability to work in English is necessary in our international market.
