Deli Counter Sales Associate - Seasons HR Management Oy - Pori, Finland

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented sales associate for our client company in Pori to work at the deli counter. This is a versatile and varied role where you will work with meat, fish, and other deli products. The employer is willing to train the right person in meat and fish handling as well as sushi preparation. About the role You will work at the deli counter performing customer service tasks and ensuring the quality handling and presentation of products. Working hours are mainly between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., and the role is practical and team-oriented. The employment is temporary for one year, with possible extension depending on the situation. Responsibilities - Customer service at the deli counter - Cutting and handling meat - Filleting, smoking, and handling fish products - Preparing sushi and lunch meals - Product presentation and quality assurance - Commitment to team goals Requirements Success in this role requires: - Excellent customer service and sales attitude - Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality - Good organizational and prioritization skills - Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Positive, solution-oriented, and responsible work attitude - Willingness to develop operations and personal skills - Proficiency in spoken Finnish.
