The role involves leading a team of Solutions Architects, managing strategy, operations, and organizational growth, and working closely with sales, product, engineering, and other teams to support customer success and technical evaluations. What you'll do include developing strategies to improve win rates, scaling the organization, creating processes and KPIs, partnering with sales, building relationships with key customers, supporting regional account plans, and mentoring teams. What you'll bring includes progressive leadership experience managing managers in technical sales or solutions architecture, ability to lead through ambiguity, building and leading distributed teams, knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud and security concepts, and experience selling technical solutions. The team supports customer confidence and product feedback, working remotely across regions, and values technical depth, leadership, and operational excellence. The salary range for residents of the US is $244,200 - $409,500 USD. Benefits include flexible paid time off, equity, parental leave, and development funds.
