Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work with various aspects of digital marketing. Your tasks will combine practical marketing activities related to technical products and supporting sales. You will be part of the Nordic and Baltic marketing team and work closely with international colleagues. SMC's office is located with good transportation connections in Espoo, and you are expected to visit the office at least three times a week. Your responsibilities will focus on digital marketing activities, including managing websites and campaign materials, video editing, and supporting marketing automation and analytics. Building and updating campaign and landing pages. Managing web content, maintaining basic websites, and optimizing for search engines (SEO). Editing videos for campaigns, social media, and websites. Providing technical support for digital campaigns. Supporting the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials. Collaborating with local salespeople, coordinating events, and managing marketing materials. We are looking for suitable education in marketing, digital marketing, media, or a related field. Strong interest in digital tools, online platforms, and technology. Basic skills in video editing tools, CMS tools, InDesign, and Photoshop. Fluent Finnish and English language skills. Willingness to travel within the Nordic countries and the Baltics if needed. It is an advantage if you have practical experience with video editing tools (e.g., editing videos for online or social media use). The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and has a genuine desire to learn new systems and tools.
