Job Description
We are looking for two Key Account Managers for the HoReCa business. As our premium product portfolio strengthens, we are now seeking two HoReCa Key Account Managers to represent Olvi Oyj and to be responsible for the sales and marketing of Olvi Oyj's premium alcoholic beverages to our customers. The roles are based in the Helsinki metropolitan area, with one focusing on wholesale sector and the other on restaurants. As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities include, among others: - Selling premium alcoholic products to the HoReCa sector within your sales area - Managing and negotiating customer relationships and contracts - Presenting, training, and selling new products, as well as creating campaigns - Identifying new business opportunities and collaboration models, and building customer relationships - Developing sales in your area and meeting set sales targets. Success in the role requires: - Relevant education (e.g., hospitality or commercial studies) - Experience in the HoReCa sector and its commercial operating models, as well as solid experience in selling and marketing strong alcoholic beverages. Strong bar and cocktail knowledge and gastronomic familiarity are considered advantages. - Willingness to travel, a B driver’s license, and a personal car - Existing networks in the restaurant industry and/or excellent networking skills, with the ability to build trust-based customer relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders - Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English - Sales drive, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented attitude - Proactive and goal-oriented work approach, with the ability to manage overall tasks in an organized and efficient manner.
