We are looking for skilled machinists and quality inspectors to join our strong and encouraging team at our Raisio and Turku factories. What you will do - Diverse machining tasks involving large components. The work is responsible and requires carefulness. We will thoroughly train you under the guidance of experienced professionals. What we expect from you: - A qualification in machining or metal industry and/or basic machining skills: ability to read programs and understanding (actual programming is not part of the job) and a solid grasp of machining basics (cutting values, tooling, settings, etc.) - Measurement and drawing reading skills - Precision and a responsible work attitude - Willingness to learn and develop as a professional - Readiness for 3-shift work, with possible interruptions or continuous rotation depending on production needs - Fluent Finnish language skills. Requirements for quality inspectors to perform their tasks smoothly include: - Quality-oriented mindset - Experience in machine shop measurements and/or machining - Ability to read machining drawings - Basic IT skills (office programs, etc.) - Finnish language skills, both spoken and written - Knowledge of English and crane operation skills are considered an advantage.
