Job Description

We are expanding rapidly in data, AI, software development, and business digitalization. We are seeking an experienced Executive Account Director to grow strategic clients in manufacturing, process industry, and other industrial companies. In this role, you will influence how Finland's major industrial companies utilize data, AI, automation, and modern digital solutions to strengthen their competitiveness. You will also build your career in a rapidly growing business with extensive opportunities for impact and development. You will be a key part of our strategy to increase our position as a leading digitalization and AI partner in industry. You will be an important part of Twoday Finland’s sales team of about 20 people. We help industrial companies develop their business with data, AI, and digital solutions, including data strategy, transformation & AI, data governance, enterprise data management, modern data platforms, integration solutions, cloud migrations, analytics, and insights, operational and strategic analytics, forecasting, management reporting, CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and other business applications, digital services, software development, and design, AI solutions, and more. Your tasks include selling digitalization, data, and AI solutions to major Finnish industrial companies, helping clients solve challenges related to production efficiency, supply chain optimization, predictive maintenance, operational data utilization, business process automation, AI in business, and customer experience development. Your goal is to grow Twoday’s role as a strategic partner and find new growth opportunities in existing and new clients. Most of your time will focus on developing named growth accounts, identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, building long-term relationships with top management, creating growth plans and roadmaps, and identifying AI opportunities in client businesses. You will collaborate with Twoday experts and technology partners and build an influencer network among industry decision-makers. To succeed, you should have proven experience in developing and growing large industrial or manufacturing clients, solution sales experience to business leaders, understanding of industry digitalization, business processes, or technological solutions, knowledge of service design and enterprise architecture, familiarity with agile software and development projects, and experience with data, analytics, or AI solutions is a plus but not essential. You should be solution-oriented, proactive, goal-driven, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English. Success in the first six months includes integrating into Twoday’s sales team, understanding your clients’ businesses, achieving initial sales, building a strong sales pipeline and long-term plans, establishing a network among client decision-makers, identifying new AI and data opportunities, and advancing growth targets.
