You understand the contents of early childhood education plans and can implement them practically. You plan, evaluate, and develop pedagogical activities for the children’s group and are responsible for the quality of pedagogy in your unit. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with children.
