We expect you to be qualified as an English teacher according to the requirements described in the regulation on qualification conditions for personnel in education 986/1998. You should have strong language didactic skills and use varied teaching methods supporting students' oral and written language development. You work formatively and can adapt teaching to different learning styles and needs. You utilize digital tools to vary teaching, provide effective feedback, and support differentiation. You create a positive and supportive learning environment and are an active team player contributing to collegial learning and the school's joint development efforts.
