Job Description
**Responsibilities** In this role, you will be responsible for daily financial administration tasks, such as managing sales and purchase invoices, accounts receivable and payable, and tasks related to payments and banking. The job also includes supporting bookkeeping tasks and assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial monitoring. You will work under the supervision of the finance manager and cover for them during vacations. Additionally, you will maintain the company's system and master data, and support management in daily activities, such as preparing meeting materials, minutes, and background information. The role also involves producing content for internal and external communication, as well as maintaining and updating necessary documentation, such as work instructions and process descriptions. Handling customer calls and inquiries is also part of the job. You will utilize IT tools fluently, especially Excel, reporting solutions like Power BI, and artificial intelligence to enhance daily work.
