Job Description
Gold Island is a multidisciplinary business services firm delivering reliable, innovative, and results-driven solutions across logistics, marketing, commerce, and international trade. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Oulu to lead our commercial growth in Finland, North Africa, and Gulf markets. The role involves shaping sales and marketing strategies, building strong B2B relationships, expanding into new markets, and driving growth through structured processes. The candidate should have extensive experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with proven success in achieving targets, strong B2B sales background, and fluency in English. The position offers hybrid work from Oulu or remote anywhere in Finland and emerging markets, with a salary of €38,000-€45,000 OTE and comprehensive health insurance.
