- Define and own the north star architecture for Amer Sports' commerce landscape across D2C, B2B, and emerging models
- Bridge business ambition and architecture decisions across omni-channel capability stack
- Lead architecture governance for commerce platforms, owning standards and integration patterns
- Drive platform consolidation and reusable building blocks across brands
- Champion decoupling, scalability, and resilience across the commerce stack
- Shape architecture response to emerging commerce models (agentic commerce, B2B2C, marketplaces)
- Collaborate with Business Platforms, brand IT, and Group Tech Strategy & EA; report to Head of Tech Strategy & Enterprise Architecture
- Partner with Commercial leadership to support personalization, loyalty, and omni-channel priorities
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture, with a strong focus on commerce platforms, digital channels, or omni-channel technology landscapes
- Demonstrated experience in multi-brand or multi-entity environments, balancing platform standardization with brand-specific requirements
- Proven delivery of commerce platform architecture in cross-functional settings
- Deep knowledge of commerce architecture across D2C, B2B, and omni-channel models, including headless and headed commerce, API-first, event-driven, and decoupled platform design
- Strong understanding of customer data, identity, and CDP architectures, with experience across commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, SAP CX), OMS (Fluent Commerce, Sterling), payment platforms, loyalty systems, and POS
- Experience with EA management and modeling tools (LeanIX, ArchiMate) and frameworks such as TOGAF
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or equivalent
