Join us in creating your life story. We are currently hiring a practical nurse for Kannelmäki Validia House. We are looking for a practical nurse to join our professional and warm-hearted team. The work begins at the Kannelmäki unit, but operations will transfer in early autumn to the new Lassila Validia House, where you can continue working in a modern and evolving care environment. Our clients are individuals with disabilities, acquired disabilities, or neurological diseases, and at Validia, we enable them to live a life that is their own and of high quality. In your work, you will assist residents with daily activities such as hygiene, eating, and mobility, as well as administer medication and provide nursing care tailored to individual needs. You will act as the primary caregiver for designated residents and work closely with relatives and various networks. The work emphasizes individual resident encounters and a rehabilitative approach.
