In your work, you will assist residents with daily activities such as hygiene, eating, and mobility, as well as administer medication and provide nursing care tailored to individual needs. You will act as the primary caregiver for designated residents and work closely with relatives and various networks. The work emphasizes individual resident encounters and a rehabilitative approach.
