Service Coordinator - Tampere and surrounding areas, as well as Hämeenlinna - Siskon Siivous Oy - Tampere, Finland

At Siskon Siivous, service coordinators are key persons – they keep the strings in their hands and ensure that our team can do its best. We are now looking for a service coordinator in Tampere and surrounding areas, as well as Hämeenlinna. As a service coordinator, you ensure that work at the sites proceeds smoothly and efficiently. You direct and support cleaners, handle quality control, and ensure that customer expectations and our operations meet. Your work is independent, but you work closely with both customers and your own team. The service coordinator's duties include handling customer service situations in Finnish, as well as familiarizing with and understanding work and safety instructions in Finnish. You will succeed if you have experience in the cleaning industry, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, fluent Finnish and English skills, additional languages are a plus, and a driver’s license (B). You will receive training and support, as well as comprehensive orientation and a personal training plan that enables you to obtain a professional qualification in the field. Location: Tampere and surrounding areas, as well as Hämeenlinna. Hourly wage: €14.50 / h. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
