Cafe worker in Tampere city center We are looking for a cheerful and customer-oriented cafe worker for our client in the heart of Tampere! If the daily life of a cafe and satisfied customers are familiar to you, this job might be just right for you. We primarily seek a candidate with a cooking background who can also work in the cafe's dining area. The idea is to split work shifts between the dining area and the kitchen, enabling more hours. What does the job involve? In your work, you will perform a variety of tasks in the cafe—from preparing and selling products to customer service. Shifts are available in the morning, daytime, and evening, on weekdays and weekends, so we hope for a flexible attitude and readiness for different shifts. The working language is Finnish. Who is this position suitable for? This role is suitable for someone with solid experience in kitchen work, cafe work, and a good basic understanding of cafe products and sales. We are mainly looking for a personality—someone who dares to engage, serves with charisma, and ensures customers leave with a smile.
