Your workday A new welding shop is being completed at Stera Technologies Oy's Kaarina plant, where various welded assemblies for vehicle structures are produced. Your workday will include diverse MIG/MAG welding of different parts, with material thicknesses ranging from 5 to 12 mm. The materials mainly consist of special-grade steels, and the structures are manufactured according to strict quality requirements. The working hours are 40 hours per week, starting on day shift from 7:00 to 15:30, with future potential for two-shift work. The employment is governed by the Industry Federation's collective agreement.
