Job Description
We are looking for an active team member to fill the position of Shift Supervisor as a temporary replacement for parental leave from August 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. The work can start as early as July. The Shift Supervisor oversees and manages the packaging department, including quality assurance, scheduling, daily production planning, etc. The role requires knowledge of the dairy industry (dairy technician or related education), stress tolerance, ability to handle changing situations, and a proactive approach to work. The working language is Finnish, and work is performed in three shifts. Salary according to MVL collective agreement. Inquiries and applications primarily via email.
