Quantity Surveyor - Gold Group - Remote - Global

I'm working with a well-established and growing traffic management contractor that is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Milton Keynes. The business delivers a wide range of traffic management and infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients across the South East, East Midlands and East of England. With a strong order book, continued investment and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business where you'll have genuine opportunities to develop your career. Working alongside an experienced commercial and operational team, you'll support the commercial management of multiple projects from contract award through to final account. The role offers plenty of variety, exposure to NEC contracts and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows. Responsibilities include supporting the commercial management of projects, preparing valuations, monitoring project costs, assisting with CVRs, managing subcontractors, building client relationships, identifying risks and opportunities, supporting negotiations, and final accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in highways, traffic management, utilities, or civil engineering, with NEC contract experience and subcontractor management preferred.
