Job Description
The Customer Experience at Basware is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Manager, Professional Services at the Chandigarh office in India. The role involves leading a regional consulting team, setting standards, developing materials, and supporting global projects. Key responsibilities include strategy and operational planning, change leadership, driving customer success, operational excellence, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
