As a flower shop expert, your role in customer purchases is crucial. You will ensure the flower department charms customers in seasons and everyday life, providing expert service. You will mainly work on the flower department, caring for flowers and plants, making bouquets on scheduled days, and advising customers. Additionally, you will work in other departments such as home, leisure, and fashion, handling product displays, price tags, and store upkeep. You will ensure our flower department delights customers and offers expert service. Skills that support your success include: having florist training or similar, mastering flower arrangement and customer service, knowing both cut and potted flowers, having a visual eye, decoration skills, and social media content creation ability. You should love customer service, aiming to provide the best shopping experience. As customer numbers can be large, initiative, thoroughness, and a cheerful attitude are valued. You can work during store hours and are at least 18 years old. You should be able to work in Finnish. Shifts include evenings and weekends, so consider this when applying. What do we offer?
