Experiences Supervisor - Wilderness Safaris Saariselkä Oy - Remote - Global

We are seeking for an organized and creative Experiences/Activities Supervisor to schedule and coordinate activities in our company. For this position, you should be detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills. You should strive to provide entertaining, engaging experiences, that will delight our guests. As well as managing our guest service attendants and guiding team. Responsibilities include supervising the experiences team, participating in departmental meetings, scheduling shifts, planning guest activities, ensuring high standards, maintaining safety, managing equipment, collaborating with departments, handling guest issues, and communicating with subcontractors. Requirements include fluent English, a valid B driver’s license, First Aid certificate, experience as a guide and in supervisory roles, team leadership skills, patience, creativity, and system skills, with AI skills as a plus. The job starts in August/September and ends in March/April, with a monthly salary of 2800-3200 euros plus collective agreement supplements, based on 112.5 hours/3 weeks.
