Contracts Coordinator - Scania Suomi Oy - Remote - Global

We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our Services Agreements team based in Campbellfield. In this role, you will provide administrative and reporting support while managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer contracts. Working closely with sales teams, workshops, and operational stakeholders, you will help ensure contracts are administered accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities include creating, amending, and terminating contracts, supporting sales teams, maintaining contract frameworks, collaborating with operational teams, building relationships with dealers and sales teams, and assisting with reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, experienced in the automotive or transport industry, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong administrative, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
