Job Description

Creating more room for life. Together. Do you enjoy building software that makes a real difference in everyday work and customer experience? We are now looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing in-house engineering team at Lumon Group. In this role, you will take part in designing, building, and developing modern applications used across our business from customer-facing solutions to internal tools that support our operations. You will work closely with architecture, business stakeholders, and other developers, turning ideas and needs into practical, high-quality software that is used in real-life environments. Your home-office will be located in Vantaa or Malaga with flexible hybrid working model. The role We are looking for a hands-on, versatile full-stack developer, someone who is comfortable working across the entire application landscape, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services, integrations, and data. This means you are able to develop solutions end-to-end: connecting user interfaces, business logic, and data, while ensuring everything works seamlessly together. This role is well-suited for someone who already has solid experience and enjoys taking ownership of building working solutions rather than focusing on a narrow technical area. What you’ll do Design, develop and maintain applications used across the group Work across front-end, back-end, and integrations in a modern cloud environment Build and integrate APIs and services within our application ecosystem Contribute to mobile and AI-enabled solutions where relevant Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and turn needs into practical solutions Support the development of our ways of working and engineering practices What we’re looking for Solid experience in full-stack development and delivering production-ready applications Ability to work across different layers of development (UI, backend, integrations, data) Experience with modern development technologies and cloud environments A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership Fluency in English, Finnish or Spanish language is considered as a benefit Strong collaboration and communication skills To succeed in this role, you already have a good foundation and are comfortable contributing independently. We are looking for someone who can quickly become part of the team and support our development with their expertise. You enjoy building things that work in practice and create value for users. You are curious, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a developing environment where not everything is fully defined yet. Most importantly, you are someone who enjoys collaboration, shares knowledge, and contributes to a positive team atmosphere. Why join us At Lumon, you will be part of a growing, international company where development is moving forward at a fast pace. You’ll have the opportunity to work with modern technologies, influence how we build our solutions, and see the real impact of your work. At Lumon, you will also be part of a dynamic, financially stable global company with a strong commitment to sustainability, quality, and innovation. As a Finnish family-owned company, we are proud of our values and the way we work together. We provide you with a competitive salary and, most importantly, the opportunity to make a genuine impact on our future success. You’ll join a warm, collaborative community where your ideas are valued and where you can develop and grow as a professional. Interested? We’d love to hear from you! Please submit your candidacy by the 31st of July 2026.
