Choose the most suitable location for you from: Loimaa, Naantali, Pöytyä, Raisio, Salo, Somero, Turku Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will work with a rehabilitative approach with the elderly during a rehabilitative assessment period at home within a team. The goal is to support clients in living at home. The work is diverse and based on the individual plan and goals of the client. Your responsibilities include implementing the rehabilitation plan, providing basic and medication care, daily documentation, and preparing care/service plans. What we expect from you We expect you to have a rehabilitative work approach and a desire to work with the elderly, a valid LOVe medication license, familiarity with the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills. The role requires good spoken and written Finnish skills. You also need a driver’s license and access to a car. The eligibility requirement for the position is a professional qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers. Students are also considered. To work with us as a practical nurse, you must have completed medication administration studies and have 120-179 competence points from practical nurse studies or 90-139 points from nursing studies.
